The airport is situated 6km (4 miles) northeast of Agana, the capital.

Driving Directions
From Agana, drivers should head north on Marine Corps Drive for about 5.6km (3.5 miles), then take it right onto Route 10A and head east for half a mile. The airport is on the right.
Car Parking
Both short- and long-term parking are available at the airport. The public parking lot can accommodate over 450 cars.
Car Hire
Car hire is available from Avis, Budget, Hertz, National and Nissan. Car hire desks are located in the Arrivals lobby, directly after the customs hall.
Public Transport
Taxi: Taxis are the only public transport available, but most hotels provide a free shuttle to/from the airport.
Information and Help Desks
The Airport Information Centre is located in the east Arrivals lobby. Services include general and airport information, brochures of local attractions and tours and information about Guam and local customs. Information is available in English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Airport Ambassadors are available throughout the terminal.
Airport Facilities
Money and communication: A bureau de change is available in the central concourse area and in the Arrivals lobby. ATMs can be found in the ticket lobby on the ground floor. Pay telephone systems are located throughout the terminal and several public Internet kiosks are also available. Limited business services are available in the airlines business lounges.
Eating and drinking: A food court offering American, Japanese and international dining is available, as well as cocktail lounges.
Shopping: Duty-free shopping is available in the central and west concourse areas. There is also a newsagent.
Luggage: For lost and found enquiries, contact the airport police dispatch office located on the right of the pre-screening area in the Departure lobby (tel: 642 4530). Luggage storage is not available.
Other: First aid is available by contacting airport or airline personnel.
Conference and Business Facilities
There are three conference rooms located in the west ticket lobby that can accommodate between 50 and 150 people. For more information and booking call 646 0300.
Facilities for Disabled Travellers
Facilities for disabled travellers include wheelchair access to all transport areas and adapted toilets and telephones. Disabled passengers should inform their airline in advance of any particular needs.

A hotel telephone directory is located in the Arrivals lobby. Passengers can contact the various hotels free of charge upon arrival. Nearby hotels include the Hilton Guam Resort and Spa (tel: 646 1835; www.hilton.com), the Westin Resort Guam (tel: 647 1020; www.starwoodhotels.com) and the Guam Marriott (tel: 649 7827; www.marriott.com), all located at Tumon Bay, 4km (2 miles) from the airport.
