The airport is located 13km (8 miles) southeast of Nashville.

Nashville Airport is in the process of a comprehensive five-year renovation programme, running until 2010.
Driving Directions
From central Nashville, take the I-40 east to the airport and then take exit 216A. From the south, the I-24 west links to I-40; from the north, the I-65 south links to the I-40, and from the east the I-40 west leads to the Donelson Pike south to exit 216 for the airport.
Car Parking
Short-, long-term and economy parking is available; the short-term car park is located directly in front of the terminal. There is a courtesy shuttle service to/from long-term, economy and overflow parking. Valet parking (tel: (615) 275 4860) is available.
Car Hire
Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty are all represented at the airport, with desks on the ground transportation level; pick-up is conveniently located next to the terminal building.
Public Transport
Bus: Nashville Metropolitan Transit Authority (tel: (615) 862 5950; www.nashvillemta.org) operates bus 18 to the city centre. Buses, hotel/motel shuttles can be found on the ground transportation level, outside the terminal. The Gray Line Airport Express (tel: (615) 883 5555; www.graylinenashville.com) provides fast minubus services between the airport and downtown Nashville, with pick-up outside the baggage reclaim area. Bus route information is available at the customer service booth.
Taxi: Taxis leave from just outside the passenger terminal.
Information and Help Desks
The Information Center (tel: (615) 275 2098) is located on the baggage reclaim level of the passenger terminal. Beige courtesy telephones located throughout the terminal can be used to contact the centre for information and assistance.
Airport Facilities
Money and communications: ATMs, bureau de change and bank facilities are all available. Wireless Internet access is also available throughout the terminal.
Eating and drinking: There are speciality restaurants, snack bars, cafés, coffee shops, an ice cream bar, fine dining room and grill room.
Shopping: There are gift shops, a PGA tour shop and newsagents.
Luggage: Trolleys are available 24 hours from locations throughout the terminal, for a fee. The Information Center operates a lost and found service (tel: (615) 275 1674 or 1675).
Other facilities: There is a children’s play area and a meditation room.
Conference and Business Facilities
The Wright Travel Business Center (tel: (615) 275 2660) is located on the ticketing level of the passenger terminal near concourses C-D; facilities include fax, photocopier, notary service, bureau de change and travel agency services. Parcel delivery services are available across from the Airport Welcome Center on the baggage reclaim level. Conference and meeting facilities are available at several hotels in the near vicinity.
Facilities for Disabled Travellers
The airport is physically accessible to disabled passengers, with lifts connecting all floors. TDD phones are available throughout the airport. Disabled parking spaces area available on the front rows of each section of lots in the short-term car par; courtesy shuttles from the long-term and economy car parks are equipped with wheelchair lifts. Travellers should notify their airline in advance if they require assistance to/from the aircraft.
