Location
The airport is located 8km (5 miles) to the southwest of downtown Portland.
Driving Directions
Coming from the north or south, take the Maine Turnpike exit 46. Go through the toll booth and turn right. The Jetport entrance is straight ahead. When coming from the north on I-295, after passing downtown Portland take the exit marked Congress Street 5B. Continue west past the Westgate Shopping Center and after 2km (1.3 miles) the Jetport entrance will be on your left.
Car Parking
The short-term car park is located directly opposite the terminal building. The cell phone pick-up lot is also close to the terminal. Long-term surface and garage parking are nearby. There is a remote parking area with shuttle service that is used for only a few days during the winter. For more information, call Standard Parking Corp (tel: (207) 772 7028).
Car Hire
Alamo, Avis, Budget, Hertz and National all operate from the airport.
Public Transport
Bus: Portland Explorer (www.transportme.org) provides a shuttle service that connects the Jetport with Portland's transportation facilities and a number of other locations.
Taxi: Taxi service (tel: (207) 879 1903) is available from the first morning flights to the last flights in the evening.

There is a visitor information booth in the terminal (tel: (207) 774 7301).
Airport Facilities
Money and communications: ATMs are available on the ground level in the terminal.
Eating and drinking: There is a full-service restaurant as well as a coffee bar on the upper level.
Shopping: There are news-stands and a gift shop in the terminal.
Luggage: There are no luggage storage facilities at the airport. For luggage lost in the terminal, call the Portland Police Airport Office (tel: (207) 874 8878).
Conference and Business Facilities
The Jetport business centre is located in the area between gates 7 and 8, just beyond the Maine Gate lounge. It has a copy machine and seven workstations. Each workstation features a telephone, and some of them also offer high-speed Internet connections. There are currently no conference rooms available at the airport.

The airport is user-friendly and fully accessible to disabled travellers.
