Location
The airport is situated about 5km (3 miles) to the southwest of the capital, Mahón.
Driving Directions
Coming from Mahon, follow the ME-12 and then take the ME-14 towards the airport. Arriving from Ciutadella, take the ME-1, turn onto the ME-14 and head towards the airport.
Car Parking
There are two car parks at the airport. The long-term lot has a capacity of 250 cars, while the stort-term car park can take 495 cars.

Car hire companies currently operating include Avis, Betacar Menorca, Centauro, Hertz and Tui Cars.
Public Transport
Bus: Buses run between the central bus station in Mahon and the airport every 30 minutes during the day. Several coach companies operate services from the city bus station to other towns and villages on the island.
Taxi: Taxis can be hailed from the taxi rank in front of the terminal or booked in advance (tel: 971 482 222, Ciutadella or 971 367 111, Mahón).
Information and Help Desks
The airport information desk (tel: (902) 404 704) is located centrally on the first floor of the terminal building. Consell Insular (regional government) has a tourist information desk (tel: (971) 157 115) in the arrival hall (ground floor).

Money and communications: There are ATMs and a bank in the terminal building.
Eating and drinking: The terminal building houses four bars and cafeterias as well as three restaurants.
Shopping: In addition to the duty-free shop, which sells perfumes, tobacco, food and drink products and much else, there is the Divers shop offering gift items, books, stationery and Menorca handcrafts, a pharmacy, a footwear shop, a jewellery shop, a newsagent selling books, magazines and gift items, and a shop that specialises in sweets, chocolates and dried fruits.
Luggage: A lost and found office (tel: (971) 157 108) is available on the arrival floor.
Other facilities: Travel agency The Foreign Office (tel: (971) 157 074) is based on the first floor.
Conference and Business Facilities
There are no conference or business facilities at the airport. The Hotel Capri in Mahon (tel: (971) 361 400) has conference and meeting rooms.
Facilities for Disabled Travellers
Menorca airport is adapted to make it easier for disabled people to use the premises. There are six specially designated parking spaces in the car park (four in P-1 and two in P-2), there are specially adapted toilets throughout the terminal, there is a lift that provides access to the restaurant and the offices, another to the boarding gates on the first floor and an outside panoramic lift that provides access to the departures floor, there are access ramps and adapted telephone booths, and wheelchairs and special vehicles for passenger boarding and disembarking are available. The information services have leaflets related to services for the disabled and information on passenger rights in Braille.
