Location
The airport is located by the Adriatic coast, 6km (4 miles) from Trogir to the west and Kastela to the east and 25km (15.5 miles) from Split to the southeast.
Driving Directions
Driving to Split from the airport or vice versa is straightforward. Follow either the main road, D1, or the Adriatic coastal road, A1, and follow signs either to the airport or the city.
Car Parking
The car park is located directly opposite the terminal building. There are 353 spaces for cars and 31 for buses.
Car Hire
Car hire companies at the airport include Adex, Adriaplus/Europcar, Anterra/Hertz, Automatic Commerce, Dicar/Budget, Dignitas/Alamo-National, Sixt, Subrosa/Dollar-Thrifty and Uni Rent.
Public Transport
Bus: A shuttle bus from the airport to Split is organised by the Plesoprijevoz bus company (tel: (021) 203 119). Buses from the airport leave shortly after the arrival of incoming flights, while buses from Split to the airport leave 90 minutes before all scheduled flights. Buses leave from the Harbour Office Terminal (Terminal lučke kapetanije) just 100m (328ft) from the sea port and the main bus and train station. There is a local bus serving the airport every 20 minutes during the day. It is operated by Promet (tel: (021) 407 888).
Taxi: Taxis are available outside the terminal building at all times during airport operating hours.

Airport Facilities
Money and communications: There is a bank offering currency exchange services on the passenger terminal ground floor. There is also a post office in the terminal.
Eating and drinking: A coffee bar is located in the international passengers lounge, and there is a restaurant with lounge just outside the international area.
Shopping: A mini market is located on the terminal ground floor offering a wide choice of Croatian souvenirs, gifts, newspapers, tobacco and much more. Working hours of the shops are matched with airport working hours. There is also a duty-free shop at the airport, which sells some 6,500 different products, including alcohol, tobacco, perfumes, sweets, watches, sunglasses, leather goods, toys and jewellery.
Luggage: There are lost and found counters in the arrivals hall (tel: (0662) 858 0259 or 854 533 2247).
Other facilities: A bomb shelter and first aid room are located in the terminal's basement.
Conference and Business Facilities
There is a VIP room on the ground floor.

Hotel Concordia (tel: (021) 885 400) is located in the centre of Trogir, only 5km (3 miles) from the airport. Villa Liza (tel: (021) 884 690) is also located 5km (3 miles) from the airport. Hotel Kastel (tel: (021) 228 455) can be found 6km (4 miles) to the east of the airport.
