Driving Directions
The airport is on the A38. From the North, leave the M5 at junction 18 and take the A4 towards Bristol. Connect with the A38 towards Taunton. From the South, leave the M5 at Junction 22 and take A38. From East, join the M5 southbound. Exit at junction 18. Take A4 towards Bristol. Connect with A38 towards Taunton. From South Wales, follow M4 over Severn Crossing. At junction 22 branch left to join M49. Take A4. Connect with A38 towards Taunton.
Car Parking
The short stay car park is a short walk from the terminal and can be used for stays of up to 24 hours. The Silver Zone car park is for stays of four days, and a 24-hour courtesy bus service takes 5-6 minutes and drops passengers by the terminal door. The Long Stay car park is for stays over one day, and is a 3-4 minute bus ride from the terminal. The Premier car park is a few minutes walk from the terminal. Booking fro the car parks can be made through the airport website.

Car hire companies Avis (0870 6086324) Europcar (0870 607 5000) Hertz (0870 850 7193) National Car Hire (0870 400 4560) can be found on site in the short-term car park close to the terminal building.
Public Transport
Rail: The nearest train station to the airport is Bristol Temple Meads which is found approximately seven miles away. The Bristol International Flyer express coach service connects from Bristol Temple Meads to the airport every 15 mins at peak times (single £6 and return £9. Discounted fares are available for children and students.) Information on all national rail travel is available through the 24-hour National Rail enquiries line (tel: 0845 748 4950; www.nationalrail.co.uk).
Coach: Bristol International Flyer runs an express link between Bristol Temple Meads railway station, Bristol Bus Station, Clifton and Bristol International Airport. Book through the airport website. National Express (tel: 0871 781 8181; www.nationalexpress.com) coaches operate throughout the South West and South Wales to Bristol Bus Station where you can connect to the Bristol International Flyer, taking you directly to the terminal building. The 404/406 overnight National Express services between Penzance and London now route via Bristol International Airport stopping outside the terminal at 0230 and 0215 daily.
Taxi: The official airport taxi service is provided by Checker Cars (tel: 01275 475000; www.checkercars.com). Booking desk is located within the new covered walkway which links the terminal to the pick up car park and is open 24/7.

Airport Facilities
Money and communications: Travelex (Bureau de Change) shops can also be found at the airport before and after security. ATMs are situated next to Travelex, opposite the easyJet check in desks. There is Wireless Internet connection throughout the terminal, passengers get it come up as preferable option when they start up lap top - they pay for a block of minutes like an hour. BIA also have computers with internet access for passengers there are 4 computers before security 12 after security and also in the executive lounge.
Eating and drinking: There are several cafes and restaurants throughout the terminal. After security, eateries include Caviar House & Prunier - a caviar and champagne bar.
Shopping: Find clothes and accessories retailers after security. A new duty-free shop and a luxury accessories outlet are planned for spring 2010.
Conference and Business Facilities
The Servisair Executive lounge is found in the departures area and includes complimentary drinks and snacks, fax, telephone, TV and Wifi Internet Access.
Facilities for Disabled Travellers
For general inquiries regarding passengers with Reduced Mobility contact OCS help desk on 01275 473403 or for Mini com users 01275 473670. The airport features lifts to all floors, wheelchairs, disabled toilets with help buttons, and Braille signs.
