Airport news:

A major project of expansion and improvement of facilities in Terminal 2, which handles international flights, was completed in 2011. New features include a satellite building catering to Airbus A380 aircraft.

The Travellers Information Desks, located in the Terminal 1 (tel: (03) 9297 1062) and 2 (tel: (03) 9338 4401) arrivals areas, are open at all times during flight operation hours. There is also an information desk in the departures area.

Transfer between terminals:

The terminals are all located within the same complex and are linked by covered walkways.

A number of public bus services connect the airport with destinations in and around Melbourne. Information on routes and schedules is available from the information desks in the terminal building or from the airport’s website.
