Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport is situated on Beef Island, a cay linked to Tortola island by the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge.

Public Transport

Public transport road: 

Taxi: Taxis are available at the airport. The fare is about US$15 to Road Town, US$30 to Cane Garden Bay and US$35 to the West End. Hotels often provide courtesy shuttles to and from the airport.

Public transport water: 

Water: The North Sound Express (tel: 495 2138) connects the airport (at nearby Trellis Bay dock) to Virgin Gorda (book at least four hours ahead). There is also a free ferry to Marina Cay.

Terminal facilities

Money: 

There is an ATM within the terminal building, which is open from 0530 to 2230.

Communication: 

Telephones and Wi-Fi are available at the airport.

Food: 

There is a restaurant serving local and international food in the terminal building.

Shopping: 

Some small shops are located at Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (Beef Island Airport), each of which offer duty free shopping.

Luggage: 

A lost and found service is available. Contact security (tel: 852 9000 ext. 9024) or visit the Central Check Point in the terminal building.

Other: 

There is a reservation desk located in the terminal building covering tourist needs.

There are no conference or business facilities at Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (Beef Island Airport), but there is a VIP lounge, which offers refreshments.

Disabled facilities: 

Facilities for disabled travellers are basic. Travellers requiring assistance should contact their airline before departure.
