Perfect boutique option, laced around two belle époque townhouses connected by a courtyard, with real personality and friendly service that the huge palace hotels struggle to match. Lovely breakfasts served in the courtyard and some of the friendliest staff in Nice.

One of the more affordable grand old waterfront hotels with all the usual- like a private beach and belle époque architecture- covered with a minimum of fuss.
