Located in the middle of historic Copenhagen, close to Nyhavn, Kongens Nytorv and Amalienborg, this bright and refreshingly designed 3-star hotel has been family run since 1955 although today it is also part of the Best Western chain. The 81 rooms are all tastefully decorated in modern Danish style and are equipped with basic facilities, such as a writing desk, telephone and cable TV. There is high-speed Internet connections in all the rooms, and a small meeting room that can accommodate up to 20 people. Wi-Fi access is available throughout. Being just off the beaten track, this is a very quiet location, ideal for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

This hotel offers a fun, young and artful atmosphere. Decorated by a group of 21 young artists who were pretty much given carte blanche, it has the feel of an art gallery - with a wide range of styles and designs on display. All of the 61 rooms have been furnished in different ways and with different styles - there is one inspired by a 1960s thriller, for example, while another has been decorated in the Japanese manga style. Prices are very reasonable.
