Good business etiquette is essential in all American cities, and Denver is no exception. Expect to arrange meetings well in advance and dress formally. Most meetings will take place in boardrooms or at restaurants for lunch or dinner, and end with an exchange of business cards. 

Entertaining rarely takes place at home, but if you are invited to a colleague's house, a small gift will be appreciated.
