That is not to say that the city's nightlife is dull, but only slightly subdued compared to other parts of the nefarious Riviera. Livelier bars include the Chip and Castle, 42 quai Jean Charles Rey, Flashman's, 7 avenue Princesse Alice, and McCarthy's, 7 rue du Portier, while Black Diamond, 11 avenue Princesse Grace, and Le Point Rouge, 11 rue du Portier, are a touch classier with a lounge ambience.
