Palma's airport is located 11km (7 miles) east of the city.
Facilities include a pharmacy, bank, bureau de change, post office, car hire, duty-free shops, bars and restaurants. There are two VIP lounges, and the airport can also provide meeting rooms for business purposes. General airport information desks, located in Arrivals, Departures and at Check-in, can help with any specific airport queries and there is a tourist information desk in Arrivals.
Bus 1 runs from the airport to Plaça d'Espanya in the city centre and along the seafront to the port approximately every 15 minutes from early morning until late at night, and takes about 30 minutes. Taxis to the city are also available.
