Porto has an excellent public transport network including metro, tram, bus, suburban trains and a funicular. The city’s comprehensive bus network, as well as one tram route, is operated by STCP (tel: 0808 200 166; website: www.stcp.pt). Suburban and local trains, including the ones linking the city’s two main railways stations, are operated by CP (tel: 808 208 208; website: www.cp.pt).
The Andante Tour, a travel pass valid for transport all around the Porto metropolitan area, using the metro, the STCP buses or the CP suburban trains, can be bought at Andante stores, at Porto's tourism offices and at all the STCP and train ticket offices.
