Getting There by Air
The national airline, TAP Air Portugal (TP) (www.flytap.com), operates services to Funchal and Porto Santo from various European cities including London via Lisbon. There are internal flights between Funchal and Porto Santo.

The boats, which depart weekly from June to September, offer additional services to Las Palmas and Tenerife in the Canary Islands. Funchal is also served by major cruise lines. Ferry services from Madeira to Porto Santo take between two and three hours depending on weather conditions.
