There are around 200 hotels/motels, 250 bed & breakfast inns and 15 condo cottages available to rent. The main centres of population are on the coast and in the river valleys, and these generally offer the best choice of hotel or motel accommodation. Grading: The national Canada Select Ratings Programme operates in New Brunswick, rating accommodation from 1 to 5 stars on a voluntary basis.

New Brunswick has 11 provincial parks which have extensive camping facilities. More than 100 privately owned campsites operate in the area. A number of companies can arrange motorhome (known as recreational vehicles, or RVs, in Canada) hire, with a range of fully equipped vehicles.
