There are a growing number of hotels in the capital, including the Miramar Hotel (website: www.miramar.st). Apart from the hotels there is also a chain of state-run inns, operated at more modest levels of comfort. Several international hotel chains are currently looking to build high-rise hotels on the islands. Bed & breakfasts can also be found.

There are luxury resorts at each end of the country, including the Bom Bom Island Resort (website: www.bom-bom.com) on the very northern tip of Príncipe and on the tiny Ilheu das Rolas.

This is possible on a number of deserted beaches.
