Hotels
Tuvalu's remote location and lack of amenities have limited the development of tourism. There is one hotel, the government-owned Vaiaku Lagi Hotel, which overlooks the beautiful Funafuti lagoon. The 17 rooms all have lagoon views and private shower. All-inclusive packages are available. There is also one motel, the Island Breeze Motel. Several guest houses and lodges (including Filamona Lodge, Hideaway Guest House, Laisinis Guest House and Su's Place Guest House) provide simple accommodation with meals. There are no camping grounds.
