Food and Drink
Tap water is relatively safe but may cause mild abdominal upsets.
Bottled water is available and is advised for the first few weeks of
the stay.
Other Risks
Vaccination against hepatitis B and tuberculosis is sometimes advised.

Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended. There is one government hospital (on Rarotonga).
