Passports

Passport must be valid on arrival for all nationals referred to in the chart above except:
(a) 1. nationals of Canada holding proof of citizenship bearing a photograph and return or onward tickets.
(b) 2. nationals of France holding National Identity Cards (Carte d'Identité) for stays of up to two weeks.

Visas

Not required by all nationals referred to in the chart above for the following durations:
(a) 3. Citizens of the Commonwealth and the USA for a period not exceeding six months
(b) 4. Nationals of Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden for periods not exceeding three months. for tourist stays of up to 21 days, provided they have a return ticket and satisfy the immigration officer that they do not wish to stay for longer. For an extension, visitors are required to be interviewed by the Inspector-in-Charge of immigration.
(c) all transit passengers provided holding return tickets for stays of up to 21 days.

Types of Visa and Cost

The application fee for a visitor visa is EC$135.50. Police and medical records no longer need to be included when applying. Extensions for one month and three months cost EC$50 and EC$100 respectively to non-CARICOM citizens.
