Hotels
There are hotels in the various island capitals. Parts of Chuuk, Kosrae and Pohnpei have been developed into beach resorts.
Camping/Caravanning
There are no official campsites, but private arrangements can be made with local landowners. For further information, contact the FSM Visitors Board (see Contact Addresses).
Self Catering
These take the form of native-style thatched cottages with beautiful garden showers, but limited facilities. They are available in the larger states. Prices are cheaper then some of the resorts, but still tend to be expensive.
