Air: The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun, which is only a 30-minute bus or taxi ride from the Parmarth Niketan Ashram.
Bus: Rishikesh is 250km (155 miles) rom Delhi and takes about six hours to reach by bus. These depart regularly throughout the day from near the ISBT.
Rail: Services to Haridwar then an hour by bus or taxi to Rishikesh.
