This popular event showcases some of the best food and drink in East Sussex. There is a huge food and drink market (in fact one of the largest farmers' markets in the UK) lasting for three days in the North Laine area, giant visual projections onto the city's cliffs, flame throwers and other dramatic performance arts displays on a floating stage at the Brighton Marina, and a lot more.
