Best time to visit: 

During August, Fès swelters and the heat is insufferable. The Sacred Music Festival will be a great time to visit the city but be sure to plan in advance as all the accommodation may be booked out. The city is a highly popular spring destination due to the comfortable climate but note that chilly nights still require warm clothes.
