Several shops, including a pharmacy, bookshop and a duty-free outlet (in the international terminal), are housed within the airport.

The airport houses a VIP lounge, but aside from this there are no business or conference facilities of such at Abidjan Félix Houphouët-Boigny International Airport. However, conference and meeting facilities are available at larger hotels in the city centre, as well as from the on-site Radisson Blu hotel when it opens at the end of 2015.
