Ryanair's 'beds and blow jobs'

(23 June 2008)

A German press conference was left stunned last week when Ryanair boss Michael O'Leary announced a new transatlantic service that would offer business class passengers 'beds and blow jobs'.

The proposed long-haul operation would have a very low-cost economy cabin which would charge as little as €10 one way. The business class cabin would aim to provide a better service than British Airways or Virgin Atlantic and would cost €4-5,000.

In response to a question at the press conference, marking Ryanair's 3 million passengers at Düusseldorf (Weeze) Airport, O'Leary said, “In business class it will be beds and blow jobs…it will be all free including the blow jobs”.

Following the confusion at the conference, Ryanair is offering one free return flight to the first person that can translate 'blow jobs' into German. Go to www.ryanair.com to enter.
