Romania is best for budget skiing

A Post Office survey of 14 ski resorts has revealed Romania's Poiana Brasov as the cheapest place to ski.

A week's skiing here, including food and drink, costs just £200.14. Vail, Colorado, is the most expensive ski destination at £514.86. High Tatras in Slovakia and Borovets, Bulgaria came second and third respectively in the budget stakes, with £236.28 and £241.10.
