Obese passengers in Canada to get two seats for price of one

Canada's Supreme Court has decided that extremely overweight passengers must be offered an extra seat at no additional cost.

Passengers who are 'functionally disabled by obesity' must be provided with two seats without having to pay more.

An appeal to the Canadian Transport Agency's decision was rejected.
