Gale force winds affect travel to France

(10 February 2009)

Flights into Paris have been grounded today (10 February) due to forecast winds of up to 140kmh (87mph).

Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Bouget airports are all closed until 10am Paris time. Cross-channel ferries have also been severely affected by the storm.
