'Best job' winner seeks new best friends
(14 August 2009)The winner of the ‘Best job in the world', Ben Southall, is seeking four companions.
The Brit, 34, who beat 34,000 worldwide applicants to the position of island caretaker on Hamilton Island, is calling for a quartet of eager island-mates to help him with his task of exploring the tropical island and surrounding barrier reefs.
Successful applicants will receive free flights and accommodation while they assist Ben during his six-month stint.
Hamilton Island is one of Australia's Whitsunday Islands, found off the coast of Queensland.
