Public Transport

A single fare is zł10.
Bus: Bus lines 208 and 292, plus night bus 902 (www.mpk.krakow.pl), link John Paul II International Airport Cracow-Balice with the city. The journey time is around 25 minutes, and the single fare zł3.20.
Taxi: A 24-hour taxi service is offered by Radio Taxi 19191 (tel: 012 19191) - the airport's official taxi provider. The journey time from John Paul II International Airport Cracow-Balice to the city centre is about 20 minutes and the fare starts from around zł50.
Terminal facilities
There is a bank, an ATM and three foreign exchange offices in the international terminal. A further currency exchange office is located in the domestic terminal.

There are lost luggage offices located in the arrivals areas of both terminals at John Paul II International Airport Cracow-Balice. Luggage trolleys are available free of charge in the parking lot near the entrance to the international terminal and in the arrival lounge. Baggage lockers are located opposite the International Terminal.
A first aid facility is located on the first floor of the international terminal. The airport chapel is available to all travellers during airport opening hours. A baby changing room is available 24 hours a day free of charge and is located at the mezzanine in the public area of the international terminal.
Airport facilities
The business lounge (tel: 012 639 3353) is equipped with internet access, workspace, satellite TV, printer, copier, fax machine and a card phone. A VIP lounge (tel: 012 639 3354), designed for up to 16 persons, is available for a fee after prior booking. Meeting and conference facilities are available at many of the larger city centre hotels.
John Paul II International Airport Cracow-Balice offers good accessibility to travellers with disabilities. Toilets and lifts are adjusted to the needs of disabled people, and there are signs indicating the best routes through the terminal building and to the parking lot. There are also trained personnel ready to help in every situation.
