Hotels in Prague

Hotels in Prague are just as expensive as anywhere in Western Europe, but the standard of hotel accommodation has improved enormously over the past decade, and Prague now offers everything from beautifully restored historic buildings to boutique hotels created by cutting-edge designers.

The Prague hotels below have been grouped into three pricing categories:
Luxury (over Kč8,000)
Moderate (Kč3,000 to Kč 8,000)
Cheap (up to Kč3,000)
These Prague hotel prices are the lowest standard rates for a double room, excluding breakfast but including relevant taxes, unless otherwise specified.

Hotel prices in Prague usually include 5% VAT on the room (and breakfast), 22% on any other meals and services (including the mini-bar), as well as city taxes. Some hotels quote their prices in euros or occasionally US dollars but payment should be made in Czech koruna.
