Restaurants in Siena

Restaurant prices are subject to IVA (Value Added Tax) at 10% but this is always included within the prices given. A pane e coperto (bread and cover) charge is also added. It is customary for patrons to round up the bill and leave a tip (maximum 15%) as well, if the meal and service have been good.

Restaurants are listed alphabetically and divided into four price categories. The price categories quoted below are for an average three-course meal for one person, with half a bottle of house wine. Prices include tax but do not include tip. Categories are:
