Whistler Blackcomb - Getting there and around

Getting there:

Nearest airport: Vancouver (YVR).

Distance to resort: 140km (87 miles).

Driving time: 2 hours 15 minutes.

Getting around:

Pedestrianised Whistler Village is easy to explore on foot. Explore the Valley Trail, a 30km (19-mile) footpath/cycling track that connects the main village with several other neighbourhoods. Or, if you’d rather rest your weary feet, the village shuttle provides a free bus service around the village centre, while some hotels offer transport to the lift base. Public buses travel to Creekside and the outer areas (although it should be noted Creekside has direct lift access to the slopes).
