No vaccination certificates are required to enter the Isle of Man. There is a reciprocal health agreement with the UK, allowing all visitors from the mainland free medical treatment. Dental treatment and prescribed medicines must be paid for. No proof of UK residence is required to benefit from the agreement. There is a hospital and there are many dental practices.
