Inverness Airport Guide (INV)
The airport is situated 14km (9 miles) east of Inverness.

There are plans for a railway station at the airport, as the line skirts the southern perimeter, however these have yet to be finalised.
The information desk (tel: (01667) 464 000) is located in the centre of the main concourse.
From the centre of Inverness, take the A96 towards Aberdeen and follow signs for the airport. From the east, take the A96 towards Inverness to Gollanfield and follow signs for the airport. From the north and south, take the A9 towards Inverness and follow signs for the airport.
Public Transport
Bus: The Jet Bus route 11 (tel: (01463) 233 371; www.stagecoachbus.com) runs from Queensgate, connecting the city centre with the airport, Culloden and Fort George. The bus stop is located directly outside the terminal building. The journey time is approximately 20 minutes to the city centre.
Taxi: Taxis (tel: 01463) 222 222; www.highlandtaxis.co.uk) are available outside the airport, or can be pre-booked.
Terminal facilities
An ATM is available at the airport.
Public telephones are available in the terminal, and paid-for Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout.
There is one landside bar/restaurant open during flight operations, and one airside bar/café.
There are several shops at the airport, including a bookshop and gift shop offering local goods and foodstuffs. Duty-free is not available.
There are no left-luggage facilities; trolleys are available. For lost property contact the Duty Security Supervisor or call (01667) 464 000.
There is a photo booth and a multi-denominational chapel. First aid treatment is available from the information desk.
Airport facilities
Photocopy and fax facilities are available from the information desk. The airport can also provide conference facilities, from business meetings to large events; catering and equipment are available (tel: (01667) 462 664).
The terminal is on one level only. There are disabled toilets, a disabled drop-off area and disabled parking; there is also disabled access through revolving doors. Personal assistance, wheelchairs and an ambulift are available; passengers should contact the airline with which they are travelling. Additional assistance and first aid treatment is available from the information desk.
Short-term parking is available in car parks 1, 2 and 3, located directly in front of the terminal building. Long-term parking is also available off site. Parking information is available (tel: 0871 360 1292). Bookings can be made via the airport website.
Car hire companies represented at the airport include Avis and Europcar.
Airport hotels
Columba Hotel is located in central Inverness. The hotel boasts an on-site restaurant, laundry facilities, a cafeteria and a guests' lounge.
Glendruidh House Hotel is located near to central Inverness. The traditional country house hotel offers free Wi-Fi Internet access, and a park-and-fly option for travellers departing Inverness airport following their stay.
The Royal Highland is a 15-minute drive from Inverness Airport. The Victorian-style hotel has two restaurants as well as meeting and event space, including a ballroom.
The Waterside Hotel is located 16km (10 miles) from Inverness Airport on the banks of the River Ness. The hotel has a restaurant with river views as well as conference and event facilities.
Westbourne Guest House is located in central Inverness. Hotel facilities include Wi-Fi Internet access and a guests' lounge.
