Flying to Arkansas

Flights to Arkansas are served by a number of US carriers including American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Continental Airlines and Southwest Airlines. There are no direct flights from the UK.

There are several airports in Arkansas, but Little Rock Arkansas Airport (tel: (501) 372 3439; www.fly-lit.com) is the largest situated off Interstate 404. To/from the airport: It is possible to book the Inter-City Shuttle (tel: (501) 376 7433), or catch a cab. Rental companies are available too, including Avis, Alamo, Budget, Hertz and Thrifty.

Travel by rail

Amtrak train services run through the state.
