The information centre and welcome desk (tel: (904) 741 4902) is situated on the lower level of the terminal building in the baggage claim area. Ambassadors are also present to help travellers find their bearings around the airport and to provide assistance as needed.

Jacksonville International Airport can be reached from the centre of Jacksonville by taking Interstate 95 to Airport Road (exit 363-B), and taking the westbound signposted route to the terminal. Road access from Georgia and St Augustine is also via Interstate 95.
Public Transport
Public transport road:
Bus: Jacksonville Transport Authority (tel: (904) 630 3100; www.jtafla.com) runs the CT3 bus service from Jacksonville International Airport to central Jacksonville.
Shuttle: Express Shuttle (tel: (904) 353 8880 or 1 800 394 0116) will take passengers anywhere in Florida or Southeast Georgia. Passengers wishing to use this service should go to the Express Shuttle booth in section five of the middle kerb outside the baggage reclaim area.
Taxi: Gator City Taxis (tel: (904) 741 0008) is the official taxi company serving the airport. Taxis can be found at the airport entrance.

Money:
ATMs are available on the lower level after baggage reclaim and on the upper level before the security checkpoint.
Communication:
Courtesy telephones are available throughout the terminal; pre-paid phone cards are available from the River City Travel Mart. Postal facilities, including a stamp machine, post box and FedEx drop box, are situated in the JAX Business Centre, in the upper level central courtyard, post-security. Internet access is also available.
Food:
There are numerous bars, coffee shops, snack bars and restaurants at Jacksonville International Airport. These can be found on the upper level courtyard and in the concourses.
Shopping:
There are various newsagents and gift shops, a bookshop, a convenience store, DVD rental, and a PGA golf shop at Jacksonville International Airport. Shops are located on both levels.
Luggage:
Trolleys are available for a small fee. Lockers are available in the Business Centre. Contact JAA’s Lost & Found Office (tel: (904) 741 2022) for lost items.

The JAX Business Centre is situated in the upper level central courtyard, post-security. The Clarion Airport Hotel & Conference Center (tel: (904) 741 1997; www.jaxclarion.com) is located within the airport grounds and has a business centre, 12 meeting rooms, including a ballroom and boardroom, as well as office workstations and videoconferencing facilities.
Disabled facilities:
Jacksonville International Airport is fully accessible with lifts connecting both levels. Wheelchairs, adapted toilets and TCC phones are also available. Passengers with special needs should contact the airline they plan to fly with to arrange assistance.
Car parking:
There is both hourly and daily parking at the multi-storey car park next to the terminal building; the first 30 minutes is free. Daily parking is available in a surface car park in front of the terminal. There are also three long-term economy parking areas. All car parks (except the multi-storey car park next to the terminal) are served by a free 24-hour shuttle bus to/from the terminal building. Visitors wishing to pick up travellers can park in the courtesy waiting area, near the administration building. Valet parking is available in front of the terminal building, 24 hours a day, from Air Valet (tel: (904) 741 1005); the vehicle check-in booth is located on the upper level of the terminal. Car rental:
Car hire companies at Jacksonville International Airport include: Alamo-National, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz and Thrifty. Car hire desks are located on the lower level of the terminal building next to the baggage reclaim area.
