A Travelers Aid helpdesk is located in the centre of the baggage reclaim area on level 1. The Traveler Service Center on level 2 offers a range of travel-related services. Airport ambassadors are available throughout the terminal to assist travellers and are easily spotted for their teal-coloured jackets. Palm Beach International Airport is a two-hour drive from Orlando, one-and-a-half hours from Miami, and 45 minutes from Fort Lauderdale. The airport is situated just off Interstate 95
Public Transport
Public transport rail:
Rail: Tri-Rail (tel: 1 800 874 7245; www.tri-rail.com) provides a stopping service between West Palm Beach and Miami. Tri-Rail feeder bus services can be found outside level 1 of the terminal. Long-distance Amtrak trains (tel: 1 800 872 7245; www.amtrak.com) also operate from this station.
Public transport road:
Bus: Regular services from Palm Beach International Airport to destinations throughout the county are operated by PalmTran (tel: (561) 841 4200; www.pbcgov.com/palmtran). The bus stop is located on the kerb of level 1; route maps can be found inside the terminal. A single fare costs US$1.50, while the charge for an all-day pass is US$4.
Taxi: Taxis are available from the transportation desks at each end of the terminal building on level 1. Imperial (tel: (561) 689 3663; www.imperialtaxi.com) and Yellow Cab (tel: (561) 777 7777; www.yellowcabflorida.com) are among operators serving the airport. Fares begin at around US$25 for rides into central Palm Beach, and the journey time is about 15 minutes.

Money:
The Traveler Service Center on level 2 has ATMs and bureau de change facilities. ATMs are also available on level 3, level 1, and in the baggage reclaim area.
Communication:
A stamp machine and post box can be found in the Traveler Service Center on level 2. Free Wi-Fi access is available in the terminal. White courtesy telephones for calls to services within the airport are located throughout the terminal.
Food:
Restaurants, bars and snack bars are situated on level 2. Fast-food outlets and cafés can be found in the concourses.
Shopping:
Shops are situated on level 2 and include gift retailers, newsagents, a toy shop and a golf shop. There is also a newsagent, gift shop and book shop in concourse B and a further newsagent/gift shop in concourse C.
Luggage:
Trolleys are available for hire in the baggage claim area on level 1 and Skycap porters are present within the terminal to help with luggage. A lost and found service (tel: (561) 687 5906) is also available.

Shoeshine and travel insurance facilities are located in the Traveler Service Center.

Conference rooms and full business facilities, including telephones, fax and data ports, can be arranged through the Traveler Service Center. The US Airways Presidents Club and Delta Crown Room airline club lounges are situated on level 2. The Holiday Inn Airport Hotel & Conference Centre (tel: (561) 659 3880; www.holidayinn.com) offers audiovisual equipment for hire and numerous meeting rooms, accommodating up to 300 delegates; the Hilton Palm Beach Airport (tel: (561) 684 9400; www1.hilton.com) also has meeting and event facilities.
Disabled facilities:
Airlines can provide disabled passengers with wheelchairs; passengers should request this service in advance. TDD telephones are available on level 3 (east) and level 1 (west). Disabled travellers requiring further information at Palm Beach International Airport should use the white courtesy telephones located throughout the terminal and parking garages; these telephones connect the caller to the airport communications centre, where a paging service within the terminal building is available. Transportation (tel: (561) 930 8747) for disabled travellers is available and should be arranged in advance.
Car parking:
Palm Beach International Airport offers four parking options: a premium car park located outside the baggage reclaim area; a short-term car park (terminal levels 4-7), long-term surface and garage parking; and a park-and-ride remote car park connected to baggage check-in by a shuttle service. There is also a free 'cell phone' car park, located off Florida Mango and Belvedere roads, which is designed for people picking up passengers at the airport – cars must be attended at all times in this area. Car hire companies represented at Palm Beach International Airport include; Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty. Car hire desks are located in Arrivals on level 1.
