Information: 

There are help desks in every terminal at Boston Logan International Airport. These are staffed with qualified public service representatives who assist callers with questions regarding services, transportation and flight information. A Travelers Aid kiosk (tel: (617) 561 1800) is located in Terminal E, Arrivals level, near the exit to the taxi stand.

Transfer between terminals: 

A complimentary shuttle bus service links the terminals, the airport subway station, the Water Transportation Terminal and satellite parking.

Driving directions: 

From the west and south, drivers should take the Massachusetts Turnpike East, which connects with the Ted Williams Tunnel and goes directly to Boston Logan International Airport. From the north, drivers should follow Interstate 93 and go through the Callahan Tunnel (or take Interstate 95 to Route 1 South), then follow signs from 1A South to the airport.

Public transport rail:

Bus: MBTA buses 448 and 459 serve Boston Logan International Airport and various locations in Boston. Bus services are also available from a number of private bus lines covering the New England area. Logan Express (tel: (800) 235 6426) offers a frequent express bus service from Braintree to the South Shore, Framingham to the west and Woburn to the north; buses stop at all terminals.

Taxi: Taxis are available at all terminals 24 hours a day.

Public transport water: 

Water: Bus Service 66 is a courtesy bus service running from all airport terminals to Logan Dock, from where there are water shuttles, catamarans and water taxis (tel: (617) 422 0392; www.citywatertaxi.com) to Boston Harbour. The Harbor Express (tel: (617) 222 6999; www.harborexpress.com) offers numerous daily connections from Logan Dock to Long Wharf, and Quincy and Hull on the South Shore.

Banks, ATMs and bureaux de change are available throughout Boston Logan International Airport.

Short- and long-term parking is available at the Central Parking Garage, connected to Terminals A, B, C and E via pedestrian bridges or elevated moving walkways. The Terminal B car park offers premium price short- and long-term parking, while daily and hourly rates are also available at the Terminal E car park. Long-term economy parking is also offered in a remote location, connected to the terminals by a free 24-hour shuttle bus. A 24-hour parking assistance service (tel: (617) 561 1673) is available. There is also a free ‘cell phone lot’ for those collecting arriving passengers.
