The Cleveland Convention and Visitors Bureau (tel: (216) 875 6680; www.positivelycleveland.com) is located on the baggage reclaim level. ‘Airport Ambassadors’ are on duty throughout the terminal area.

From central Cleveland, take Interstate 90 for 3km (2 miles) and continue south on Interstate 71. Bearing right, continue southwest onto Berea Freeway, keeping right onto the ramp before turning west onto Terminal Drive, which is the access road for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
Public Transport
Public transport rail:
Rail: Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is served by the city's RTA rapid metro 66 red line train service (tel: (216) 566 5100; www.riderta.com), which runs every 15 minutes direct to the city centre in less than half an hour. The train station is located on the lower level, below baggage reclaim. The single fare into Cleveland is US$2.25.
Note: Between 0100 and 0430, the train service is replaced by the bus 75 route.
Public transport road:
Shuttle: There is a coach shuttle service between Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and Oberlin (tel: (216) 941 7433; airportoberlinshuttle.com); fares from US$15. Numerous hotel shuttles and door-to-door express shuttles are also available (tel: (216) 898 5161).
Bus: Bus 75 (tel: (216) 566 5100; www.riderta.com) replaces train services between the hours of 0100 and 0430.
Taxi: Taxis are available outside the baggage reclaim level. Three companies operate services: Ace Taxi (tel: (216) 361 4700); Americab (tel: (216) 881 1111); and Yellow (tel: (216) 881 1111). Flat rates apply based on mileage; the fare into Cleveland is around US$23.

There are numerous ATMs located at various locations within the terminal building. There are bureau de change desks both pre- and post-security.

Public telephones are available throughout the terminal complex. White courtesy telephones are situated throughout the airport for emergencies. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. There are two post boxes in front of the security area.

A credit card only Economy Shuttle Parking Lot is also available on the airport grounds, linked to the terminal by a free 24-hour shuttle bus.

Car hire companies at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport include: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty. These operators are located in an off-site car hire area, which is served by 24-hour shuttles from the lower level of the baggage reclaim level.
