Driving directions:

From central Zagreb, head southwards onto Radnićka cesta and continue onto Domovinski most. Keep left and follow signs for A3/E70. Turn right onto Ul. Rudolfa Fizira. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Odlasci/Departures. The destination will be on the right.

Public Transport

Public transport road:

Bus: ZET (Zagreb Electric Tram) runs a bus line that connects the airport to the city. The bus stops at 20 stations and departs the airport every 35 minutes.

Taxi: Taxis operate from outside the Passenger terminal, at the Arrivals level on the terminal . Fares start at around HRK200 and the journey into the city takes roughly 20-30 minutes.

Shuttle: The scheduled airport shuttle ‘Pleso prijevoz’ operates between the airport and the Zagreb Central Bus Terminal. The shuttle service is organised alongside the airport terminal.

Terminal facilities

Money:

There are two bureau de change offices and a number of ATMs in the terminal building. One bureau de change office is located on the ground floor behind customs and the other one is on the second floor in the Departure Hall.

Food:

A choice of cafés and bars is available in the Departure Hall before and after the security checkpoint.

Shopping:

Duty-free shopping is available; other shops at the airport sell a variety of items, including travel accessories, newspapers and the usual brand of souvenirs. There is also a fashion retailer.

Luggage:

A lost and found service (tel: +385 1 456 2229) operates at the Info Desk on the second floor of the Passenger Terminal building. Free luggage trolleys are also available. Luggage storage is not available.

Other:

There are baby-changing facilities in the domestic area of the terminal and a prayer room and chapel on the second floor of the terminal.

There is a visitor centre that can give you tourist information about Zagreb and Croatia. It is located on the ground floor, near baggage claim.

Airport facilities

Conference and business:

A business class lounge with conference facilities is located on the second floor of International Departures. Facilities include a self-service buffet, wireless Internet access, daily newspapers and a business corner with laptops and TV. To book, contact the airport’s information desk (tel: +385 1 4562170) for more information on these services. The nearby Best Western Hotel Stella (tel: +385 1 539 3600; www.hotel-stella.hr) boasts a more extensive business centre (with further meeting facilities), while meeting and conference facilities can also be found at the larger hotels in Zagreb city centre.

Communication Facilities:

Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout Zagreb International Airport. 

Disabled facilities:

Assistance for disabled passengers, including a wheelchair service, is available on request. Once at the airport, passengers should use one of many Help Points located throughout the Passenger Terminal to gain assistance. Zagreb Airport is fully accessible and is equipped with lifts, while designated disabled parking spaces are available close to the terminal entrance. Those requiring assistance to and from the aircraft should contact their airline and the airport 48 hours in advance of travel.

Car parking:

Short-term and long-term parking is available in the parking area in front of the terminal. The public car park has more than 800 spaces and is available for long and short term stays.

Car rental:

International car hire providers at Zagreb Airport include Dollar/Thrifty, Hertz, Europcar, Budget and Sixt, while several more international and local operators are also represented. Desks are situated in the terminal building immediately after baggage claim.
