Commercial passenger flights ceased operating out of Coventry Airport in 2009, but the facility's new owners are in the process of trying to revive services. Plans include upgrading the airport's air traffic capabilities, and possible redevelopment of the terminal building. Currently, only cargo and general aviation aircraft use CVT.

The airport can be reached by following the A45 or A46 to the Toll Bar roundabout. The airport is about 1.5km (1 mile) from this roundabout and the route, along Siskin Drive and then Siskin Parkway West, is clearly signposted.
The airport is situated 6.5km (4 miles) south east of Coventry.

Public transport road:
Taxi: Central Taxis (tel: (024) 7633 3333) provides a service to and from the airport and city centre (journey time: 15 minutes). The taxi rank is located outside the arrivals building.
There are currently no banking facilities available at the airport.
Refreshments are available in the Executive Jet Centre lounge.
There is a crew rest room.
The airport is all on one level, with no stairs or escalators. Disabled toilet facilities and parking are both available.
On-site parking is located in a 38-space car park, and is limited to stays of one hour or less. There are around 100 spaces available in off-site car parks if longer stay parking is required. There are designated disabled parking spaces available in both the short and long stay car parks.
Thrifty and Europcar operate at the airport, with offices outside the terminal building on Siskin Parkway.
