A new terminal, control tower and expanded parking facilities opened in 2011.

Information: 

There are three information desks. One is located on the ground floor of Terminal A and it is open 24 hours, another is on the ground floor of Terminal B and is open from 0530 until the last flight, while the third is situated in Terminal C between the departures and arrivals areas.

Driving directions: 

From central Buenos Aires, first take Avenida 9 de Julio, turn on to Autopista 25 de Mayo westbound and then merge on to Avenida TGL Dellepiane and Autopista TGP Ricchieri. Buenos Aries Ministro Pistarini International Airport is signposted.

Public Transport

Public transport road: 

Bus: A number of bus services operate to Ezeiza, Buenos Aires and the surrounding areas. Bus 394 runs to Monte Grande railway station and Camino de Cintura; bus 502 serves Ezeiza City; bus 51 runs to Constitución via Monte Grande; and bus 86 operates between the airport and central Buenos Aires, Plaza de Mayo.

Shuttle: Manuel Tienda León (tel: (011) 4315 5115 or 0810 888 5366; www.tiendaleon.com.ar) provides a shuttle service from Buenos Aires Ministro Pistarini International Airport. The journey time to the city centre is approximately one hour.

Taxi: There is a taxi stand at Buenos Aires Ministro Pistarini International Airport. Municipal taxis (tel: (011) 5480 0066; www.taxiezeiza.com.ar) are available outside both terminals at authorised taxi ranks (journey time: 45 minutes). Transfer-Express (tel: (011) 5480 0196) operates a chauffeur service between Ezeiza and Buenos Aires, departing from both terminals. Other providers are available.

Money: 

There are several bureaux de change in each terminal as well as ATMs in Terminals A and C. There is a 24-hour bank in Terminal A Arrivals.

Communication: 

Telephone and internet access is available in Terminal A Departures and Terminal B Arrivals; free Wi-Fi access is offered in Terminal C. Mobile phone hire is located in Terminal A Arrivals and Departures.

Food: 

There is a range of bars, cafés and restaurants at Buenos Aires Ministro Pistarini International Airport; these are located in every terminal.

Shopping: 

There are several shops at Buenos Aires Ministro Pistarini International Airport selling newspapers, local products and fashion items. Duty-free is available in the departure areas of all terminals.

Conference and business: 

Buenos Aires Ministro Pistarini International Airport has VIP lounges in the departure areas of Terminals A and B (after security); these are pre-bookable (tel: (011) 5480 2588) and are for business-class passengers of various airlines and club members only. VIP members can use the check-in facilities, bar and relaxation room, shower, internet access, TV and use the telephone and fax facilities. Airport authorities provide a VIP lounge (tel: (011) 5480 2064; www.aeropuertosvipclub.com.ar) on the ground floor of Terminal A Arrivals. Internet access is available at telephone booths throughout the terminals, and a photocopy service is available in Arrivals.

Disabled facilities: 

Buenos Aires Ministro Pistarini International Airport is fully accessible. Ramps and lifts are located throughout the airport and there are specially adapted bathrooms, toilets and telephones. Telephones for the hearing impaired are also available. There are dedicated parking spaces for disabled passengers.

Car parking: 

Buenos Aires Ministro Pistarini International Airport has parking spaces available in a multi-storey car park, a covered parking area and an open-air car park next to Terminal A, as well as 2,500 spaces created during the development of Terminal C. There is no distinction between long- and short-term parking at the airport. Spaces are subject to availability; reservations cannot be made.
