Lille Airport Guide (LIL)
The airport is situated 7km (4 miles) southeast of Lille.
Here you'll find essential information on Lille Airport, including contact details, airport transfer facts, details of airport facilities, and how to get there.
An information desk is located in the main hall.
The airport is located 10-15 minutes from the centre of Lille. Coming from Lille on the A1 Lille-Paris, take exit 20b - Airport Lesquin and follow signs for the airport.
Public Transport
Bus: The Navette shuttle bus (tel: 03 2049 6747) takes passengers from the airport to the railway stations in the city centre (journey time: 20 minutes, €7 one-way, €9 return).The airport shuttle stop is located opposite the Arrivals hall, and in the city centre outside the Euralille Commercial Centre.
Taxi: Several taxi companies offer regular services to and from the airport.
Terminal facilities
ATMs are available in the terminal.
Telephones can be found throughout the terminal, and Wi-Fi Internet access is also available. Faxing facilities are available at the information desk in the main hall.
There is a bar and a restaurant in the terminal.
There is a small collection of shops, including a newsagent/bookstore and duty-free for passengers travelling outside the Schengen/EU area.
There are no left luggage facilities at the airport, but there is a lost and found desk. Luggage trolleys are available.
These include a children's play area, baby changing facilities and a first aid room.
Airport facilities
The business centre (tel: 03 2049 6743) is open 0600-2200 during the week and 1000-1800 at the weekend. All conference rooms and work stations provide Wi-Fi Internet access.
The airport is equipped with lifts and adapted toilets. There are also several reserved car spaces near the entrance of the terminal. Wheelchairs are available from the airline counters. Travellers requiring assistance should contact their airline prior to departure.
Long and short-stay parking (the former linked to the terminal by free shuttle), is available, including premium covered spaces immediately outside the terminal. Parking information is available on tel: 0891 673 210.
Car hire is available from Avis, Europcar, Hertz and National/Citer. Desks are located in the main hall, just outside Arrivals.
Airport hotels
Formule 1 Lille Lesquin Aéroport is located less than 1.6km (1 mile) from Lille Airport and provides free parking.
The 3-star Mercure Lille Aéroport hotel is located next to Lille Lesquin airport and offers a free shuttle bus service. The hotel houses a large-scale conference room and Wi-Fi Internet access. Other facilities include two restaurants, a bar, fitness centre and a private car park.
The 3-star Novotel Lille Aeroport is located five minutes from Lille Airport and is linked via a free shuttle bus service. The hotel provides on-site dining options as well as conference and meeting space and a swimming pool. Free parking is also available.
