The customer service desk, open between 0530 and 2330, is located in the ground floor arrivals area. Flight, airport and tourist information is provided here, as well as services such as VIP assistance and a porter service. Information points are located before and after the security area.
The terminals are located close together and passengers can easily walk between the two areas. Terminal 2 is used solely for charter flights.
From the centre of Naples, take Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi northwards until Piazza Carlo III. From here, head northeast along Via Don Bosco and follow the signs to the airport.
Bus: ANM bus 3S (tel: 081 763 1111; www.anm.it) runs every 20 minutes to Napoli Centrale railway station. ANM Alibus shuttle buses connect to Napoli Centrale railway station and then to Piazza Municipio in the centre of Naples.
Taxi: Taxis are available from outside Arrivals, with fixed rates to various destinations within the city.
A bank is located to the right of Terminal 1, very close to the terminal building. ATMs and bureaux de change are located in the arrivals and departures areas of Terminal 1.
Internet access points are available on the first floor and in the departures lounge of Terminal 1. These are equipped with monitors, keyboards and webcams. There is a post office outside Terminal 1.
There is a small selection of restaurants, cafés and snack bars at Naples International Airport. Among the options is a pizzeria, an ice cream parlour and a wine bar serving small dishes.
Most shops at Naples International Airport are concentrated in the ground floor departures hall and in the pre-security first floor area of Terminal 1. Duty-free shopping is available in departures lounge. A newsagent and gift shop is located in Terminal 1's check-in area.
Luggage trolleys are available throughout Naples International Airport. A 24-hour lost property service and lost baggage assistance (tel: 199 280 180) is on hand to deal with enquiries.
The Telelink Internet Centre (tel: 081 789 6749) is situated on the first floor and offers a wide range of services including internet, computers, photocopying, scanning, telephone, fax and videoconferencing facilities. Meeting rooms are available on request (tel: 081 789 6259), with equipment, catering and a variety of executive services available. There are also several VIP lounges.
Naples International Airport is well-equipped for disabled travellers, with lifts, ramps, wide pavements, and sound signalling for visually impaired passengers. Two call buttons outside the airport enable those needing assistance to contact a staff member, while there are also help points within the terminal buildings. The Sala Amica waiting room for those awaiting assistance is located on the ground floor of Terminal 1. For those driving to the airport, dedicated disable parking spaces are available close to the terminal. Disabled passengers should inform their airline of any special needs prior to travel.
There are six car parks at Naples International Airport, encompassing more than 1,400 spaces. These are located along the main entry road to the airport and include the Terminal (short-term), Premium (short-term), Multi-Storey (short-term), Sosta Express (short-term), Holiday (long-term) and Low Cost (economy) areas.
