A new metro station connecting Naples International Airport with the city is due to open by 2014.
The customer service desk, open between 0530 and 2330, is located on the ground floor in Arrivals. Flight, airport and tourist information is provided here, as well as services such as VIP assistance and a porter service. Information points are located before and after the security area.
Transfer between terminals:
The terminals are located close together and passengers can walk between them.
From the centre of Naples, take the Via Tangenziale bypass road towards Pozzuoli and turn off at the exit marked 'Secondigliano/Aeroporto.'
Public transport road:
Bus: ANM bus 3S (tel: 081 763 1111; www.anm.it) runs every 20 minutes to Napoli Centrale railway station. ANM Alibus shuttle buses also run to Napoli Centrale railway station and then to Piazza Municipio in the centre of Naples.
Taxi: Taxis are available from outside Arrivals, with fixed rates to various destinations within Naples' city limits.
A bank and a post office are located on the right-hand side of Terminal 1, very close to the terminal building. ATMs and bureaux de change are located in both Arrivals and Departures in Terminal 1.
Four internet points are available on the first floor and in the departures lounge, equipped with monitors, keyboards and web-cams.
There is a selection of restaurants, bars, cafés and snack bars at Naples International Airport.
Shops are concentrated in the Galleria Napoli, on the first floor of Terminal 1. There is a duty-free shop in the departures lounge. A newsagent and gift shop is located in the check-in area.
Trolleys are available throughout Naples International Airport. A 24-hour lost property service and lost baggage assistance (tel: 199 280 180) is available.
A Red Cross medical centre is located in Arrivals, with medical assistance available daily 24 hours. A car wash can be found next to the P1 car park.
Conference and business:
The Telelink Internet Centre (tel: 081 789 6749) is situated on the first floor and offers a wide range of services including internet, computers, photocopying, scanning, telephone, fax and videoconferencing facilities. Meeting rooms are available on request (tel: 081 789 6259), with equipment, catering and a variety of executive services available. There are also several VIP lounges.
Naples International Airport is well-equipped for disabled travellers; with lifts, ramps, wide pavements, and pedestrian crossings with sound signals for visually impaired passengers. Reserved parking is also available close to the terminal. Two call buttons outside the airport enable those needing assistance to contact a staff member, while there are also help points within the terminal buildings. The Sala Amica waiting room for those awaiting assistance is located on the ground floor of Terminal 1. Disabled passengers should inform their airline of any special needs prior to travel. There are six car parks at Naples International Airport, encompassing more than 1,400 spaces (tel: (081) 789 6325 or 6434). The car parks are located along the main entry road to the airport. P1 (opposite Terminal 2) is for long-term parking and P2, P3, P4 and P6 provide short-term parking. P5 offers a car valet parking service, operated by Quick No Problem Parking (tel: (081) 230 1563 or 619 0168; www.quickparking.it).
