There are information desks (tel: 90 240 4704) in both terminals. Tourist information (tel: 92 882 0704) can be found on the ground floor in Terminal 1.

The airport is clearly signposted. From the capital, Arrecife, take the westbound Autovia Arrecife-Yaiza (LZ-2) and follow signs for the airport.
Public Transport
Public transport road:
Bus: Arrecifebus routes 22 and 23 (tel: 92 881 1522; www.arrecifebus.com) depart from Arrecife-Playa Honda bus station. The bus station is situated next to Arrivals, the fare is €1, and the journey time is less than 15 minutes.
Taxi: Taxis (tel: 92 852 0176) are available at the airport and depart from taxi ranks next to Arrivals. The fare into Arrecife starts at around €10.
Terminal facilities
Money:
There are several ATMs located throughout the airport, and a bureau de change at the Travel 2000 office in Departures, on the second floor.
Communication:
A fax and photocopying service can be found in the lottery outlet. Internet access is also available.
Food:
Facilities include cafés, bars, restaurants, an ice cream parlour and fast-food outlets, many of which are located in Departures, after security, in Terminal 1. There is also a cafeteria in the Arrivals hall.
Shopping:
Shops are mostly located in Departures in Terminal 1, after security. Terminal 2 also has extensive shopping facilities, both before and after security. Duty-free is available.
Luggage:
There are no left-luggage facilities at the airport. Lost property facilities are located on the ground floor in both terminals.
Other:
There is a pharmacy on the public concourse and first aid on the arrivals level in Terminal 1. A travel agency is located on the first floor.
Airport facilities
Conference and business:
An Aena VIP Lounge (tel: 92 884 6345) is equipped with business facilities, including telephones and Internet access. Fax and photocopying facilities are available at the lottery outlet, on the main concourse. Meeting and conference facilities are available at many of Lanzarote's larger hotels.
Disabled facilities:
Disabled facilities include ramps, a lift, accessible doors and toilets; there are also designated drop-off and pick-up areas outside Departures and Arrivals for disabled passengers. Airlines can provide travellers with wheelchairs; passengers should request this service when booking their ticket. Designated car parking spaces are provided.
Car parking:
There are 1,250 car parking spaces available at the airport, the majority of them outside Terminal 1; the first 30 minutes are free, after which the charge is calculated on an hourly basis.
Car rental:
Autos Reisen, Avis, Betacar, Cabrera Medina, Cicar, Europcar, Goldcar, Hertz and Paylessare all represented at the airport. Car hire desks are located in Arrivals after baggage reclaim.
