Customer service personnel, known as the 'Blue Jackets', are on hand to assist passengers on the second floor. To get to the airport from Palma, take the autovia (main road) in the direction of Santanyí (Santañí) and turn off before the airport.
Public Transport
Public transport road:
Bus: Bus 1 (tel: 971 214 444; www.emtpalma.es) runs from Palma de Mallorca Airport (journey time: 30 minutes) to Dic de l'Oest. There is a bus stop in front of the multi-storey car park, outside door D of the arrivals floor, and another one outside the check-in floor, opposite the airport access road. Route 21 runs via a number of major hotels to S'Arenal.
Taxi: Taxis leave from outside the arrivals level. Taxi companies serving the city centre (journey time: 15 minutes) include Fono Taxi (tel: 971 728 081), Radio Taxi (tel: 971 755 440) and Palma Taxi (tel: 971 401 414).
Terminal facilities
Money:
The terminal has a full service bank on the fourth floor of departures and several ATMs.
Communication:
There is Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the terminal, plus a number of fixed coin-operated Internet points. There are also post boxes, a post office and telephones.
Food:
There are numerous bars and restaurants at the airport, including a 24-hour bar and a 24-hour cafeteria.
Shopping:
Shops include duty-free for non-EU travellers, a tobacconists, toy shop, leather goods shop, shoe shops, a jewellers, opticians, florists, sweet shops, gift shops and a clothing accessories shop.
Luggage:
There is no left-luggage facility at the airport. A lost property service is situated on the ground floor (tel: 971 787 933).
Other:
A pharmacy and a 24-hour first aid service is present at the airport. There are also numerous travel agents and a children’s room.

Conference and business:
There are two VIP lounges at the airport, the Formentor (tel: 971 787 693) in the D concourse boarding area, and Miró (tel: 971 789 631), situated in the Departures area. These provide free newspapers, televisions, telephone access and self-service bars. The airport also offers meeting rooms, telephone access, fax machines and Internet access. Conference and meeting facilities are available in the Babor Lounge (tel: 971 789 620).
Disabled facilities:
There are lifts and ramps in the terminal where necessary. Wheelchair-accessible toilets and disabled parking spaces are also available.
Car parking:
There is a covered car park close to the terminal for long- and short-term parking. The car park has a capacity for 5,700 vehicles on six floors. The ground floor is used by car hire companies; and long-term parking is on the fifth and sixth floors. All floors have disabled parking spaces, situated next to the lifts and escalators. The fourth floor has escalators and a covered walkway that connects the car park to the terminal building departures area. Parking information is available (tel: 971 787 598, 971 255 827 and 971 789 386).
Car rental:
Companies include Auriga Crown, Avis, Europcar, Goldcar, Hertz, National Atesa, Record and Sixt. Desks and offices are located at Arrivals in the terminal building and on the ground floor of the airport car park.

Hotel Roc Linda is located less than 3km (2 miles) from Palma de Mallorca Airport. The hotel is also close to the Playa de Palma and Can Pastilla beaches.
