A free shuttle bus service transfers passengers between the domestic and international terminals (Pulkovo 1 and 2 respectively) (journey time: 15 minutes).
Driving directions:
From St Petersburg, drive south on Moskovsky Prospekt. When Moskovsky Prospekt becomes Pulkovskoeshosse, take the first right for Pulkovo 2 or the second right for Pulkovo 1.
Public Transport
Public transport road:
Bus: Airport Express (tel: (812) 388 0845) runs fast services every 20-30 minutes between the two terminals, Moskovskaya, Tekhnologichesky Institut, and Pushkinskaya metro stations in the centre of St Petersburg. Public buses 13 and 39 also connect St Petersburg Pulkovo Airport to the city. Bus 13 departs from the front of the central office building at Pulkovo 2. Bus 39 departs from in front of the Pulkovo 1 west entrance/exit and runs to Moskovskaya metro station, stopping at Kievskoeshosse en route. The fare is руб21.
Shuttle: Travellers can take shuttle bus k39 from Pulkovo 1 and shuttle buses k3, k13 and k113 from Pulkovo 2 to the centre of St Petersburg. The journey time is about 25 minutes and the fare is руб30.
Taxi: Taxis are available. A full list of providers is available on the airport website. There are also minibus taxis that are only marginally more expensive than local buses; these depart for St Petersburg from outside both terminals and run to Moskovskaya metro station. Taxi desks are located in the arrivals halls.

Bureaux de change and ATMs are available in both terminals.
Communication:
The post office offers photocopying and various telecommunication services. Wireless internet access is available in both terminals. Internet points are also available on the first floor of Pulkovo 2.
Food:
There is a selection of cafés, bars and restaurants at St Petersburg Pulkovo Airport. These can be found in both terminals.
Shopping:
There are a number of shops at St Petersburg Pulkovo Airport, including duty-free. Newsagents, flower shops and souvenir shops are situated in both terminals.
Luggage:
Lost and found desks are located in the baggage reclaim areas of both terminals (tel: (812) 331 4244 (Pulkovo 1) or (812) 324 3787 (Pulkovo 2)).
Other:
There are first aid posts in both terminals and a mother and child's room is available in the Pulkovo 1 terminal. There are pharmacies in both terminals. A shower room is available in Pulkovo 1.
Airport facilities
Conference and business:
Business lounges offering telephone and fax facilities are located in Pulkovo 1 (tel: (812) 331 4786) and Pulkovo 2 (tel: (812) 704 3434). There are also VIP facilities in both terminals. The nearby Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel (tel: (812) 740 3900; www.parkinn.com/hotelpulkovskaya-stpetersburg) has business and conference facilities, including a conference hall for up to 600 delegates, meeting rooms for 60 delegates, and a business centre. A translation service is available for conferences.
Disabled facilities:
St Petersburg Pulkovo Airport is physically accessible for disabled passengers. There are lifts and designated toilets, and an ambulift is available for boarding or disembarking. Passengers requiring special assistance should inform their airline prior to travel and contact the airport’s special assistance hotline (tel: (921) 981 8344).
Car parking:
Parking facilities are available close to both terminals. The multi-storey car park at Pulkovo 2 is connected to the terminal via a heated walkway. For more information, contact the airport parking office (tel: (812) 331 4951).
Car rental:
Car hire companies at St Petersburg Pulkovo Airport include: Avis, Hertz and Sixt. Car hire offices are located in the Moscow Hall, Pulkovo 1, and in Arrivals at Pulkovo 2. Travellers should be aware that driving in and around St Petersburg can be difficult due to the condition of the roads and the erratic nature of the signage.
