Information: 

There is a tourist information/hotel booking desk in Arrivals, which is open whenever there is a flight. There are general airport information desks in various locations in both terminals.

Transfer between terminals: 

There is a walkway between the two passenger terminals. It takes two minutes to walk from one to the other.

Driving directions: 

From Victoria city centre, head towards the southeast following signs for the airport.

Public Transport

Public transport road: 

Bus: Buses operate from 0530 -1930 and depart for Victoria every 20-30 minutes. Bus stops are on the main road outside the airport (journey time is around 20 minutes).

Taxi: Taxis operate 24 hours a day from the airport.
 

Terminal facilities

Money: 

There are mail boxes, a bank, ATMs and a bureau de change. Public telephones can be found throughout the airport. Internet facilities are available on the first floor of the International Departure lounge and there is Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the International Terminal.

Food: 

There are restaurants and bars in both passenger terminals.

Shopping: 

There are duty-free shops, which open three hours before international departures, in the Departure halls of the International Terminal. There is also a small tax-free outlet in Arrivals. There are more shops available on the concourse.

Luggage: 

Trolleys and left-luggage facilities are available.

Other: 

These include a travel agent.

Airport facilities

Conference and business: 

There is a VIP lounge in the International Terminal building. Meetings facilities are offered by some of the island's larger hotel complexes.

Disabled facilities: 

These are limited. Currently a system of ramps is used for disabled access. Adapted toilets are also available. Contact your airline for further information and assistance.

Car parking: 

There are 40 short-term and more than 100 long-term parking spaces at the airport with direct access to terminal buildings.

Car rental: 

Car hire is available at the airport from Avis, Hertz and Sixt, as well as from a couple of local operators. Car rental desks are located in Arrivals and Departures. Most of them are open only when there is a flight in or out of the airport.

Airport hotels

There are no hotels at the airport. The nearest accommodation is at the Wharf Hotel & Marina, which is a luxury hotel halfway between the airport and Victoria, five minutes' drive either way. Other options are dotted around the island. Hotels can be booked at the tourism office in Arrivals.
